Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank deposit, debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. If your preferred method is by bank deposit, just get in touch with us to let us know what you would like to order!
Shipping & Returns
Can I collect my order?
You sure can! Just let us know when you would like to collect your order and we will make sure that it's ready!
How soon will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing and handling. If you are rurally-based, please allow an additional working day for delivery.
Can I return an item?
While we inspect all items with care prior to shipping, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please send us details of the fault along with pictures and we can arrange a return and replacement. If you have changed your mind, you can return the item in unused, resaleable condition for store credit to the same value of your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can process the return. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping depends on your location. Enter your details at our checkout to calculate the shipping rate. We offer free shipping for all orders over $100!

I have sensitive skin. Can you help?
Absolutely! During your skin consultation, we will provide skin mapping to assess your skin type and health. We will discuss your needs and concerns and create a bespoke treatment plan for your skin health journey.
How are the products used any different from others on the market?
Unlike most skincare products available in stores, we recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all. As skin specialists, we will ensure that your individual skincare needs are met. We offer a range of medical-grade, specialised derma-cosmeceutical skincare products that provide clinically-proven results.
I don't know what facial to book in for. Can you help?
That's what we're here for! Book in with us and we will ensure that you receive a bespoke facial that is right for you.
I want to start my skin health journey, but I don't live locally. Can you help?
Of course! We can discuss your skin health needs and provide consultations online. All of the products available to our local clients are available online to order from the comfort of your own home, and we deliver nationwide!
Special occasions
I have a special event approaching. When should I book my spray tan?
We recommend booking your spray tan two days before your special event.
I am getting married and want to improve my skin. When should I consult with you?
Congratulations! We recommend beginning your skin treatments at least 6 months prior to your wedding to ensure optimal results. The earlier, the better!
