Returns policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will offer store credit for any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from return date. The store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code to the value of the item you purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us with your order information. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All returned items are at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Should our return policy not be honoured, the item will be returned to you with charges payable for return shipping.
Damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as pet food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will do our best to help you.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift codes.
