Nano Technology
Let's delve deeper.
Nano-needling creates thousands of nano channels to significantly increase microcirculation and absorption, allowing nutrients to penetrate deeper. This treatment will make skin feel plumper, firmer, smoother and more hydrated than before.

What's the difference between nano-needling and micro-needling?
Both nano-needling and micro-needling promote skin cell turnover and stimulate collagen production. The key difference between the two is the depth of the needles. Nano-needling is specifically designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness and absorption of serums into the epidermis. On the other hand, micro-needling, such as our SQT micro-needling treatment, is designed to penetrate deeper into the dermis to activate basal skin cells and stimulate cell renewal.
I don't like the idea of needles. Does it hurt?
Nano-needling is a gentle treatment. Unlike micro-needling, the usual needle cartridge is swapped out for a nano-needling cartridge. These cartridges are silicone-tipped and therefore gentler on the skin. Nano-needling only penetrates the skin to a 0.25mm depth, designed to exfoliate the skin and stimulate cell turnover, rather than to penetrate deep into the dermis as microneedling does.
Is nano-needling safe?
Nano-needling is very gentle and safe, and can be used on all areas of the face, including the delicate skin around the eyes and lips. This is because nano-needling does not penetrate deep into the skin, so melanocytes are not disrupted or inflamed during the treatment. Within 15 minutes after nano-needling, the nano channels close themselves.
Is there any downtime required?
Nano-needling does not cause inflammation, so no downtime is required after treatment.
